Life Care Planning
A life care plan is designed to promote good health, safety and well-being for elderly clients. The life care plan helps our elderly clients with making decisions for their healthcare both short-term and long-term. The plan often enables our clients to make an informed decision when it’s time to decide whether to stay in their home or live in an assisted living facility or nursing home. A life care plan can protect wealth and identify sources of payment for health care, attain eligibility for benefits such as, Social Security Disability Insurance, Medicaid and VA benefits.
A life care plan will allow your elderly loved ones to use their resources to benefit themselves instead of the next generation. The plan will aid our elderly clients in organizing every aspect of their care. A life care plan will also assist our elderly clients in locating public and private resources that may help pay for long-term care. The main purpose of a life care plan is to facilitate lifestyle changes that will allow our clients to maintain their ideal quality of life.
